Mo Benes is a technical director, stage carpenter, and props artist with a passion for bringing theatrical visions to life.

Mo earned a BFA with High Distinction in Theatre Design and Technology with an emphasis in Technical Direction from the Johnny Carson School of Theatre and Film at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Her career includes work with Nebraska companies such as Nebraska Wesleyan University, Angels Theatre Company, Crane River Theatre Company, Lincoln Midwest Ballet, Theatrix Theatre Company, and the Nebraska Repertory Theatre.

In addition to her professional achievements, Mo enjoys kayaking, hiking, photography, and cooking, finding inspiration in the beauty and creativity of these pursuits.
